SPR-3

 

Sports Power Recovery is the latest development in improving recovery from a strenuous workout. SPR-3 meets the standards set by the NCAA.  Carbohydrates, protein and electrolytes should be your training staple both during and after exercise. SPR-3 addresses the three main components of recovery: Rehydration, Replenishment of energy, and the Reparation of damaged muscle.

 

Rehydration - maintaining proper fluid and electrolyte levels is crucial for training success. SPR-3 is 15% more effective than carbohydrate electrolyte drinks.
