Full Conference Package
This package is designed for the individual looking for a quality educational experience, while saving a little money in the process. The full conference package includes:

This package is designed for the individual who has particular interest in specific lecture topics or who can only attend one day of the conference. The 1 Day package includes:
- Access to 1 Day of the Arnold Strength Training Summit (either Friday or Saturday, excluding any special Workshops)
- 1 Ticket to the Arnold Sports Festival EXPO
- CEUs/CECs accepted by most certifying bodies and professional organizations

Certified Physique Specialist Workshop
The sports of body building, fitness, and figure competitions have exploded in popularity in recent years. Successful competitors don't just train; they live, eat, sleep, and breathe every breath with the goal of presenting the best package possible the day of a show. It's more than just a competition, it's a way of life that began far before they stepped on stage and will last long after. Symmetry, proportion, muscularity, vascularity, shape, and leanness must all be developed in optimal combination to present an aesthetically pleasing and visually striking physique that catches the eye of every judge. In this three-day workshop you will learn basic principles of muscle physiology, anatomy, and kinesiology; and how these principles effect program design for a physique athlete. Practical emphasis will be placed on development of a long-term training and nutrition protocol designed to optimize a competitors shape, minimize weakness, and accentuate strengthens. All aspects of contest preparation will be discussed; from off-season hypertrophy phases, to dieting-down, and peaking strategies for show day, this workshop will provide attendees with a scientifically valid basis for developing a comprehensive training plan for a physique athlete.

CISSN Examination & Preparation Course
The International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) is hosting their CISSN examination and preparation course at the 2011 Strength Training Summit. Hotel and Transportation Information
There are multiple hotel options available in Columbus as more than 50 hotels are working with the Arnold Sports Festival Weekend. StrengthPro will try to reserve a special block of rooms at some of the participating hotels and will provide that information as soon as it is available. Generally, there are no hotel rooms available in the immediate downtown EXPO center location. Additionally, few hotels offer any additional special room rate other then what is being offered for that weekend already.
Many hotels outside of the immediate downtown convention center have rooms. Several will provide transportation to and from the Arnold Fitness Weekend events on their own accord, however, as of yet, the actual routes by individual hotel have not yet been determined. The Arnold Classic office provided a Special Shuttle Service last year and will do so this year, so check back to see which hotels are on board! You may park you car or walk to any of these locations and ride for free. If you have your own transportation and are still looking for a hotel, please call us for more information. If you are waiting for hotel information, we will update this site as soon as we have more information. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
